Deployment

I won the table side picking and first drop. Drop order was following

- White Lions

- Demigrypsh (on the right)

- Great Eagele (left)

- Steam tank

- Great Eagle (right)

- Empire Knights

- Reavers (right)

- Demigryphs (on hill)

- Reaver (middle)

- Reavers (left)

- Inner Circle Knights

- Phoenix Guard

- Steam Tank

- Silverhelms (9)

- Empire characters -> He got miasma, enfeeble, pit and okkams.

- Rest of helfs. I didn't roll any choices on magic and ended up with drain magic, soul quench (swapped tempest and fiery convocation), apotheosis and hand of glory

I won the first turn

Turn 1 - High Elves

Movement pretty much as seen. I managed to skip pegasus nobles arc barely.

Magic 5+1 no channels

- 2 PD upgraded hand of glory. Failed dispel on 3 DD, increased statistic of 2

- 1 PD Sould quench (fury ring) against inner circle knights. natural failure

- 1 PD apotheosis, succesfully cast

- 2 PD soul Quench on captain of empire. 1 Wound.

Shooting no wounds inflicted

Turn 1 - Empire

No damage from sinister statue. No charges. Both steam tanks moved against the reavers.

Demigryphs swift reformed

Magic 4 + 6

- 5 PD enfeeble foe to whitelions. Irrestible force. -2 str to lions. Mage and one empire knight died and 2 dices were lost.

- 3 PD miasma on white lions, dispelled.

No shooting.

Both tanks killed all the reavers on impacts. My great eagle was just in 6 inches (poor placement) and paniced. it also lost a wound due dangerous terrain)

Turn 2 - High Elves

Sinister statue didn't shoot anything. White lions managed to land a charge thanks to hand of glory. It was little clipping charge as the steam tank covered. Due this I had 3 attacks less than I would normally had. Great eagle didn't rally

Magic 6+2 no channels

- 2 PD drain magic. 4 DD dispell succesfull

- 2 PD hand of glory on white lions succesfull cast, increased stat of 3

- 1 PD apotheosis dispelled

- 2 PD dispel on enfeeble foe fail (with BoH) <- BIG BIG.. especially since the last dice was pretty useless choice,.

- 1 PD ring of fury soul quench to steam tank.

No damage on shooting.

I played first the demigryph battle. I did total 8 wounding hits, but only 1 went through on 3+ save. His knights killed 4 helms. I holded. (even though this picture is little off the silverhelm bus could have overran in to the empire knights with the archmage and they would have strike the knights. At shadow warrior battle no wounds were made, but I won by 2, he managed to hold with the 8 rerollable.

The big White lion vs. inner circle knights Karl made challenge and I accepted with my unit champion. My annointed managed to kill the warrior priest. My lions did total 6 wounds (even with the enfeeble foe!) Frans only did 1 hit on the lion and I failed to save with 2+, though he did only 1 wound. His inner circle knights got only 1 wound through (i managed to save 2 with 5+ ward) he lost the combat by alot and needed 3 to stay on board. They broke off and I decided to let them run as the captain was only about 5 inches away ready to bounce them off board. At this moment opponent decided to yield.

Final score was 2625 - 190
