Deployment

I failed to steal initiative. My Warlord trait was "Ambush of Blades" Which I compeletely forgot. My opponent got something that helped him securing objectives, don't know exactly but because we didn't have any objectives other than killing his trait was wasted.

My farseer used Runes of Faith and got Doom, Eldritch Storm and Fortune.

Turn 1 - Necrons

No shooting

Turn 1 - Eldar

I couldn't cast Doom or Fortune because my seer didn't have LoS. I moved some of my guardians and Farseer on the building (or it was this fan structure actually)

At shooting I shot with banshee and guardians heavy weapon those scarabs and did couple wounds. My Farseer got Eldritch storm against Necron Warriors, but it got heavily scattered. After that I "runned" down again with the seer behind the cover. One warp charge was left over.

Turn 2 - Necrons

He shot those banshees and then charged them with scarabs. I was really lucky with armor saves and Exarch and one Banshee was left standing.

Turn 2 - Eldar

Swooping Hawks arrived at the scene. I casted Fortune to my Banshees.

I casted Eldritch Storm on the Necron Warriors with the Necron Lord, it got hit and killed 4 models. Swooping Hawks killed couple more. Luckily my opponent failed many of the 4+ reanimate rolls . At scarab close combat WS 5, reroll armor save banshees managed to hold, but I did only couple wounds with all the attacks.

Turn 3 - Necrons

He shot Hawks and finally runned them over with Tomb Blades. Luckily I managed to run off. At close combat I did little better with the wounds.

Turn 3 - Eldar

I casted Doom on Scarabs. Hawks Rallied.

I shot everything I got to Necron Lords bunker alongside with Eldricth blast, but it got scattered away. At close combat due the Doom only one scarabs was left alive.

Turn 4 - Necrons

Warriors and Tomb Blade finished Swooping Hawks and scored first blood. Finally scarabs were finished too.

Turn 4 - Eldar

I casted fortune on my Farseer bunker and Doom on Necron warriors with lord.

My before charge shooting against necron lord bunker was really good and he failed again with reanimation skills. Both charges went trough. My other unit failed to land the charge and luckily he didn't score any kills with his overwatch. At close combat lone necron warrior died, giving me the first victory points in the game and I managed to score one wound on the lord. Luckily for me the lord failed to do any wounds (with all the rerolls) but holded in his break test.

Turn 5 - Necrons

His pre charge shooting was awful, if my memory serves me right none of the Guardians died (with the help of fortune) His charge also was really weak. Fortune and Doom really helped me on this one. Too bad he didn't break. Lord holded as expected.

Turn 5 - Eldar

I casted Fortune and Doom again to my Farseer bunker. They managed to kill (probably due breaking) warriors. Lord holded.

My opponent decided to yield at this point. He was little ill and though that he was seriously out numbered with his lord.
